How do I export mail address book in cvs file?
If you are an Outlook Express user :
1- Roll your mouse over the
“Export” command of the “File” menu and select “Other Address book” in the
sub-menu.
2- In the pop up window, choose “Text file” (comma separated values), then
click on “Export”.
3- Select the name of the file as well as the place where it is stored through
the browse function.
4- You can specify the information you need to save: last name, first name,
e-mail, phone number etc….Make sure the e-mail address in among the selected
elements, then click on “finish” to start creating the “.cvs” document.
If you are a Mozilla Thunderbird user:
1- In the “Tools” menu, click
on the “address book” menu.
2- In the pop up window, select the “personal addresses”, click on the “Tools”
menu and then the “Export” button.
3- Select the type de file you wish: “separated by commas”. Select the
name of the file, as well as the place where it is stored, then click “Save”.
